It helps to release trauma, painful memories, conflicts and fears.
When one starts to be at peace with himself, one is able to be at peace with the world.

It’s an excellent tool to bring change and transform your life.
A happy life doesn’t start when one is positive but rather when we diminish and eliminate the negativity within oneself.
